How to apply for the club discount

1. Create a customer account for your club.
2. Choose one of the accepted forms of proof below.
3. Send us the proof together with the email address used for the customer account.

We accept the following forms of proof

• a current extract or certificate from an official association, organisation, charity or business register
• an official registration number together with a link to the relevant register entry
• official proof of non-profit or tax-exempt status
• a current affiliation or membership confirmation from a recognised national, regional, kennel, dog sports or umbrella organisation

How to apply for the professional discount

1. Create a customer account for your practice or professional activity.
2. Prepare the relevant proof listed below.
3. Send us the documents together with the email address used for the customer account.

For canine and animal physiotherapists

We require proof of your qualification and proof that you are currently working professionally in this field.

We accept the following as proof of current professional activity:

• a practice website containing legal or business information
• a business or self-employment registration
• confirmation from your employer
• current membership of a relevant professional association
• an entry in an official professional register, where such a register exists

For veterinarians, veterinary practices and clinics

We accept the following forms of proof:

• a link to the practice or clinic website containing legal or business information
• confirmation from a veterinary practice, clinic or employer
• a current veterinary chamber, licence or professional registration document
• an entry in an official veterinary or professional register

How the Social Media Special works

1. Follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram .
2. Publish a photo or video featuring one of our products.
3. Tag our profile in your post.
4. Send us a link to or screenshot of the post.

Once we have reviewed your post, you will receive your personal voucher code. Only one voucher code can be used per order.

Our reseller discount levels

• 10% discount for annual purchases of up to €999
• 15% discount for annual purchases of €1,000 or more
• 20% discount for annual purchases of €5,000 or more

How to apply for the reseller discount

1. Create a customer account for your business.
2. Choose one of the accepted forms of business proof below.
3. Send us the proof, the email address used for the customer account and a short description of your sales channels.

We accept the following forms of business proof

• a business or trade registration
• an extract from an official company or commercial register
• a link to your online shop containing legal or business information
• a commercial marketplace or seller profile containing verifiable business information

A VAT identification number is not required to apply for the discount. Small businesses and sole traders are also welcome to apply.

Your discount level is based on the value of goods purchased during a calendar year after returns and cancellations have been deducted. Shipping costs are not included.
