Filling and use
Fill the inner bags with an appropriate amount of sand, close them securely and place them inside the outer bags. Connect the outer bags in the centre and position the set over the intended tunnel section.
- Check inner bags for damage before every use.
- Choose a fill quantity that keeps the set stable and manageable.
- Check the hook-and-loop connection and tunnel setup regularly.
Note
The sandbags are a weighting aid. The surface, wind and complete tunnel setup still need to be checked before and during training.
